• Review and approve Event Pro partner applications
• Process and fulfill your orders and rental bookings

• Apply partner pricing and track creator promo codes and payouts

3. Payments

Payments made through our website or the Event Pro app are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. RI Party Store does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information.

7. Deleting Your Event Pro Account

You can delete your Event Pro account at any time from the app: open Account → Profile & settings and tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen. You can also request deletion by emailing info@ajtbounce.com from the address on your account.

Deleting your account permanently removes your login, profile, saved addresses, projects, and app preferences. Records we must keep for accounting, tax, or legal reasons — such as completed orders, rental bookings, and payout history — are retained with your name and contact details removed.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
